Research Data Protection Notice

In accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Regulations, you are hereby informed that the data provided through this platform will be processed, as Data Controller, by the TRADIT Research Group (Didactic Audiovisual Translation) at UNED.

The purpose of the data processing is scientific dissemination and knowledge transfer.

The data are processed within the framework of the TRADILEX project, funded by the Government of Spain, Ministry of Science and Innovation, under reference PID2019 107362GA I00 AEI/10.13039/501100011033, carried out within the Facultad de Filología at UNED, and led by Noa Talaván (ntalavan@flog.uned.es).

The legal bases for the processing of your data are: the subject’s consent, the performance of a contract, or a compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the Data Controller.

Your data may also be used to send information, through any communication channel, related to the purposes indicated above.

No data will be transferred or disclosed to third parties, except where necessary to ensure adequate management, development, monitoring, and fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes, or in cases expressly provided for by current legislation.

You may exercise your right of access, modification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection by contacting UNED’s Data Protection Section, at Calle Bravo Murillo 38, 28015 Madrid, or at any of the civil registry offices, together with the corresponding additional information and form: Oficina de Protección de Datos or through Sede electrónica at UNED.

Requests submitted will be forwarded to the Research, Transfer, and Scientific Dissemination office, who will respond within the legally established timeframe.
